At Indigo Perfumery, we want you to be delighted with your signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to hygiene standards and the nature of fragrance, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or individual sample vials.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the original, unopened product in its initial packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
